1 – Logistics Meltdown: No Resources awarded to selected Player.
2 – Forced Labor: Selected player gets a free HEX upgrade. The Upgrade may not be more then two RP.
3 -Natural Disaster: Selected player selects a HEX then rolls a D6. On a 1 all improvements on the HEX are lost.
4 – Scouts: This grants the player with first choice to go first or second. All opponents in battle with selected player, regardless if he goes first or second, must deploy their army’s first.
5 – Armistices: Selected player may choose one opponent, that opponent may not attack selected player this turn.
6 – No Rules of Engagement: Selected player ignores F.O.C. this turn.
7 – Drop Pods: Selected player may attack a HEX not connected to his territory this round. If HEX is captured player must purchase a com station for the HEX on next administration phase.
8 – Spies: Selected player may choose one opponent. That opponent must show selected player his army list before the day of the battle.
9 – Sabotage: Selected player chooses a HEX, then rolls a D6. On a 5 a minor HEX improvement is destroyed. On a 6 a Major improvement is destroyed.
10 – False Information: Selected player chooses one opponent. Selected player then chooses which HEX that opponent attacks.
